it’s almost been too hot to touch wool
Each Wednesday, I take stock of the projects I’m working on.
What I’m Working On…
: my Giant Black & White Granny Square That Will At Some Point Magically Turn Into A Cardigan, is making excellent mindless crafting. A couple stitches here and there whenever it’s cool enough to touch wool, and I’ve made it to the point where the rounds start to feel like they take forever… but I figure if I keep adding stitches here and there, I’ll have a finished sweater.

What I’m Working On…
: after a year intensely thinking about what I’m making and trying to finish projects quickly – I’m loving lazily working on granny square projects that will be draped into something in the future, but for now, just need to be crocheted.
: and when it’s too muggy to contemplate touching yarn, I’m reading up on color theory & history, and working on writing the first draft of a ebook about color.

: knitting, sewing, AND crochet?! – holy smokes batman!
: my crazy colorful sweater – I’m still not sure what I want for the sleeves, but at least I tightened up the loose line of stitching by the neckline.
: my 2nd archer button up shirt (finally!) got buttons, however many weeks after I started wearing it…
: and a crocheted something or other – I have a vague idea for a draped crop sweater – so we’ll see how that works out.
